Your first move
Tap the cards you want to play, then choose Play Selected. Start with one rank: a single 4, two 7s or three Queens, for example. Mixed ranks cannot go together. You lead the first trick and can choose any rank.
3 is lowest. 2 is highest.
The order is 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K, A, 2. Suits do not break ties. An Ace beats a King, but a 2 beats either.

What happens when you pass?
Passing skips this turn, even if you could beat the table. You can play again when your turn comes around. After 3 consecutive passes, the table clears and the last player who put down cards leads again. That player can change the count, perhaps switching from pairs to a single.
You cannot pass on an empty table. If you are unsure what fits, choose Hint to highlight a legal play.
Save a way back into the lead
Suppose you have a pair of 4s, a lone 6 and a 2. Leading the pair removes 2 awkward cards at once. Saving the 2 may let you regain control later and lead your 6. Spending your highest card immediately can leave that low single stranded.
Watch the card counts beside each opponent. If someone has one card left, leading a pair keeps them out of that exchange. Splitting your only pair to beat a single may help them more than it helps you.
The President rules used here
This is a first-out race: the round ends as soon as any player empties their hand. It uses one 52-card deck, no jokers, no straights and no suit ranking. There is no card exchange between rounds, revolution rule or automatic clear for playing a 2. Choose New Game for a fresh deal.
